1. Who are we?

We are a small Angolan-German family business that loves colorful flies. Our mission is to help you to recognize yourself, to stand by yourself, to show yourself and to be loved as you really are. We do this with our handmade flies from our family manufacture. Learn more about us HERE!

2. How long does it take until my order arrives?

Orders in Germany are shipped within 5-7 business days. All orders are delivered with a tracking number.

3. How can I pay?

We accept all common payment methods. The instructions will be shown in the shopping cart.

4. I am from Germany! Can I visit your store?

We are currently a pure online store and unfortunately we don't have a store, but only a small family manufactory. We are also back at trade fairs and present our assortment. Of course we would be very happy to meet you there. Subscribe to our newsletter and you will be informed when we will be at which fairs. Maybe also soon in your area! :)

6. I have changed my mind, can i get a refund?

Of course you can. Just send us a short mail to info@tanamoda.de with your order number and then send the suit fly back to us and we will refund your order. Since we are still a small manufactory, we cannot refund the shipping costs for the return shipment. As soon as we can, we will do it!

7. Where are your products made?

Our suits are all handmade in our family's factory in Augsburg, Germany by Joao (be sure to watch the video introducing him). We use exclusive and rare materials and you benefit from over 100 years of tailoring experience.

8. Will you add more designs?

Yes! we are constantly adding new colorful suits to our product range, so check back regularly for new inspirations or simply subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates for newcomers.
Let us know if you have any special fabric requests by sending us an email.

9. I want to buy many flies for my family/wedding ceremony/shop - can I get a discount?

Of course, we can discuss this with you and if there are sufficient quantities, we will give quantity discounts. Just send us an e-mail to info@tanamoda.de.
